PhD in weed science, entomology, plant pathology or related biological sciences
We seek only US based candidates for these roles.
·        Minimum 5 + years’ experience in Ag Chemical Product Development.
·        Additional relevant experience in a discipline beyond product development such as: technical service, regulatory, marketing, business development.
·        PhD in weed science, entomology or plant pathology
·        In depth knowledge of how product development interacts with marketing, regulatory, formulations.
·        Demonstrated experience in having developed several new crop protection products : herbicides , insecticides , fungicides.
·        Product development experience in a broad area of crops and geographies (prefer global in scope).
·        Expert protocol development and factorial design.
·        Data summarization, statistical analysis.
·        Demonstrated experience in project management.
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·        Excellent project management skills.
·        Excellent interpersonal and influence skills
·        Strong negotiating skills.
·        Analytically strong with great attention to details.
·        Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions in a changing and challenging environment
·        Strong decision-making and judgment skills

·        Budget management
The ability to work in the United States is required.
