Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology, toxicology or related science field. 2. A minimum of 2 + years’ experience working in the regulatory science arena 3. Demonstrated ability to successfully write and orally communicate technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree/Ph.D in chemistry, biology, toxicology or related science field 2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working regulatory in an Ag Chem Company 3. Successful experience managing the regulatory issues for active ingredients Duties: 1. Responsible for the regulatory management and strategy of active ingredients as assigned. 2. Research, place and manage regulatory studies for active ingredients. 3. File and track regulatory submissions in the US and internationally. 4. Advise others in the company regarding regulatory science issues. 5. Serve on internal and external committees. 6. Successfully communicate the regulatory science issues internally and externally. 7. Stay abreast of and report on the latest regulatory science methods, issues and technology.

1. Excellent communication skills 2. Strong leadership skills 3. Ability to work as a contributing part of a team 4. Ability to garner respect as a part of visionary & goal oriented teams 5. Strong technical background. 6. Good understanding of regulatory science 7. Hard working and willingness to commit extra effort as required.
Goals:
1. Serve as the regulatory science expert for active ingredients and issues 2. Serve in an advisory role for the Product Managers and others in the organization regarding regulatory issues for specific active ingredients.
